Established in October 2003 as an oil trading business, the Rahamaniyya Group’s specific focus is on the Nigerian market, and to be the leader in the downstream sector. Over the years, the Rahamaniyya Group has grown into a full-fledged downstream company in Nigeria with various divisions.

It has a huge combined storage capacity of 80 million liters of AGO, PMS, DPK, LPFO, and ATK thereby having capacity to receive more than a full cargo of a ship at a time. They have strategically located retail stations across Nigeria which enable them to meet the fueling needs of motorists and other commercial customers. They offer products delivered in a safe and secure atmosphere without compromising quality. Rahamaniyya Group has a fleet that enables them to meet the needs of their customers through a logistics SBU. Their fleet of trucks are fitted with the state of the art facilities such as trackers and seals to guarantee safe and prompt delivery of bulk products to client destinations. The aviation fueling business unit is a new Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to be added to key areas of operation and their first Aviation Fuel Depot is located at Nmamdi Azikwe International Airport Abuja.

Onshore operations
Rahamaniyya is the brand name of the onshore operations, which include various operating companies, namely:Rahmaniyya Oil and Gas,Rahmaniyya Shipping and Maritime,Rahmaniyya Transport Limited,Rahmaniyya Estate Limited
Offshore Marine Logistics
The group operates owned and time charted vessels of various capacities to break bulk from offshore sea going vessels. The group then transports the oil into their own storage premises or leased ones, spread across various locations in Nigeria.
Onshore Road Logistics
The company is well positioned to move its clients’ petroleum products using its extensive fleet of trucks equipped with the state of the art features such as being fire proof, Face 2 tank cover and tracking device to monitor safe and timely delivery of your products. This service is available for any part of Nigeria and even some parts of Africa.
Retail Outlets
The group operates an extensive chain of retail outlets across Nigeria, namely in Abuja, Bauchi, Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, Sokoto, Gusau, Port Harcourt etc.
Oil Storage Terminals
The group has three office blocks within the depot, namely, the administrative, the maintenance & safety block, and the block for the laboratory for motor control centers. These three blocks are well secured with three security personnel manned gates. The first gate is for trucks to enter the premises and the second to exit. The third is for the staff and visitors’ entry and exit.
Jetty Operations
The group owns and operates a private jetty, which has a draft of 8.5m and LOA of 185m. The group is actively engaged in dredging the channel and the jetty curbside to increase the draft to 11m.
